2. Payment and Billing

3. Annual Agreements

Clients entering into an annual agreement can terminate the contract early only if Market Boxx fails to deliver the specific services promised within the agreed subscription tier. The client must provide written notice detailing the unmet deliverables. Market Boxx will have 30 days to address and resolve the issue. If unresolved, the client may terminate the agreement without penalty, and any applicable refunds will be processed based on services rendered to date.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information needed for service execution.
  • Review and approve materials promptly to avoid delays.
  • Adhere to the terms outlined in the subscription agreement.

5. Market Boxx Responsibilities

  • Deliver services as outlined in the subscription agreement.
  • Communicate regularly and transparently with the client.
  • Address client concerns in a timely manner.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Market Boxx remain the intellectual property of Market Boxx until full payment for services has been received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables will transfer to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Market Boxx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice for monthly subscriptions. For annual agreements, termination terms are outlined in Section 3.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas USA.

10. Amendments

Market Boxx reserves the right to update these Terms. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
