Business Development Sales Position
We are on the hunt for motivated sales professionals with a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships and aren’t afraid to prospect and generate new business through direct outreach to prospective customers.
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for prospecting for new customers, setting meetings with prospects to introduce Market Boxx, assisting in acquiring new business for the company, and meeting established targets and KPIs contributing to the overall success of the Sales organization and the company.
We have multiple openings for Business Development Representative’s with a proven track record of success to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role serves as a critical member of the sales team and is responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for the mid-market and enterprise sales teams. This is a results-driven position that requires you to consistently achieve weekly and monthly quotas around qualified customer meetings.
Realistic Annual Compensation is $150K Plus, upon meeting sales goals. This is a 100% Commission Position.
How you impact the Market Boxx vision:
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation via outbound phone, email and social outreach
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified meetings scheduled
- Build and execute an outbound prospecting cadence to reach target prospects
- Work closely with Sales Manager to develop prospecting strategies
- Respond, qualify and distribute inbound prospect inquiries fielded via web forms, phone, and other lead generation vehicles to
- Provide our clients with an effective value proposition
- Source and qualify prospects using a variety of business intelligence platforms
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
- Generate qualified first meetings within target accounts
Who You Are:
- At least 1 – 2 years of sales development or business development experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to understand a target audience and identify the right prospects
- Proven track record achieving measurable inside sales/sales development goals in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience with outbound phone calls and emailing
- Proficient in Client Relationship Management (CRM) solutions
- Highly motivated and willing to take intelligent risks
- 4-year College degree preferred
